Registration Information and Form

Registration for the 2011-2012 school year is underway. Please select a program below for more specific information. There is a printable registration form available at the bottom of this page.

3K at Peace

Multi-Age classes for 3-5 year olds

3 Hour Classes

8:30-11:30 am

Monday and Wednesday

Tuesday and Thursday

Cost: $90/month ($810/year)

This tuition is based on a $4.50 hourly rate for 9 months and can be paid monthly, quarterly or annually.

4K at Peace

A 4-day program offered through the Green Bay Public School District. Registration materials are available on the district website:

If you are not eligible for this program through the district, you may register for this as a tuition-paying student.

COST: $156/month ($1404/year)

This program follows the GB District 4K Calendar & tuition can be paid monthly, quarterly or annually.

Class meets Monday-Thursday

8:30-11:30 or 12:30-3:30

You may print this form and return it, along with your $50 non-refundable registration fee to Peace Nursery Center.
